Our Holistic Design Experience is tailored for projects undergoing significant construction or renovation (50% or more), necessitating collaboration with architects, engineers, and general contractors. Please note that our Holistic Design Experience does not cover structural modifications unless preceded by consultation with a Professional Engineer or Architect. However, As your consultants and design leads, we ensure seamless communication and integration of design concepts into the build-out process, ensuring every detail mirrors your vision and requirements.

From whole or partial renovations to new build design, kitchen, or bath design, our comprehensive Holistic Design Experience process guides our approach from initial concept, personalized solutions, to final occupancy.
We begin by delving deep into your lifestyle, brand, and values through a complimentary 20-minute consultation followed by an in-depth Initial Design Consultation. This personalized meeting allows us to explore your project site, uncover hidden needs, and establish a solid foundation for our collaboration. The outcome of this phase is a detailed proposal outlining our design services, project brief, criteria, schedule, and budget.
Our space planning process transcends conventional boundaries to create two or three holistic design solutions. We meticulously curate furniture, finishes, and equipment that resonate with your vision, refining the solution based on your feedback. This phase culminates in a comprehensive schematic package featuring space plans and a scope of design and finishing, ready for construction pricing.
With the contractor onboard, we embark on the journey of value engineering and fine-tuning the design solution. While you may hear less from us during this phase, rest assured, we're diligently preparing detailed working drawings and three-dimensional visuals (upon request) for your approval. Once finalized, these drawings are issued for construction, with our team overseeing every detail to ensure your vision comes to life seamlessly.
This crucial phase involves administering our design plans and specifications through a series of field reviews to ensure alignment with the original vision. We also manage the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and other essentials, working closely with you to address any final details. As construction nears completion, we conduct a comprehensive punch list to ensure every aspect of the design is executed to perfection, bringing your holistic vision to fruition.
